A. Sellers’ Responsibilities

  • Ensure your listings accurately describe the furniture, including condition, price, and dimensions.
  • Respond to buyer inquiries promptly.
  • Arrange delivery or collection as agreed with the buyer.
  • Comply with UK consumer protection laws.

B. Buyers’ Responsibilities

  • Carefully review listings before making a purchase.
  • Communicate with sellers regarding delivery or collection.
  • Make payments securely through the platform.

C. Payments & Fees

  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
  • Furnitured may charge a commission or service fee on transactions.
  • Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their sales.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users must not:

  • List or sell illegal, stolen, or counterfeit items.
  • Use the platform for fraudulent or misleading transactions.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our services.

Violating these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. DELIVERY & RETURNS

  • Delivery Arrangements: Buyers and sellers must mutually agree on delivery or collection details.
  • Returns & Refunds: We do not handle returns directly. Buyers should communicate with sellers regarding any issues.
  • Disputes: If a dispute arises, we encourage both parties to resolve it amicably. Furnitured may provide guidance but is not responsible for enforcing resolutions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Furnitured, including logos, trademarks, and website design, is owned by Furnitured or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.

Users grant Furnitured a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote their listings on our platform and marketing materials.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furnitured shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
  • Transactions or disputes between users.

Our marketplace acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Furnitured at any time if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Cause harm to the platform or other users.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting info@furnitured.co.uk.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
