Cancelling an Order on Furnitured

An order can be cancelled by either the buyer or the seller, but only if the item hasn’t been shipped yet.

How to Cancel an Order

Open your conversation with the other member.
Press the ⓘ (info) icon in the top-right corner.
Select Cancel Order, choose a reason from the list, or select Other and provide details.
If the seller has already marked the order as shipped but tracking hasn't updated, they may need to confirm the cancellation.

Important Notes

Automatic Cancellations: If the seller doesn’t confirm within a certain time, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Avoid Negative Feedback: If you cancel an order manually, you may receive automatic negative feedback. To prevent this, communicate with the other member and agree on the cancellation first.
Re-listing Items: After cancellation, sellers can quickly re-upload the item from their conversation screen.
Furnitured-Initiated Cancellations: In rare cases, we may cancel an order if necessary.
