Paying through Furnitured

When you sell an item on Furnitured, your earnings are securely stored in your Furnitured Balance, no matter which payment method the buyer uses.

Important Security Notice:

Furnitured will never ask for your personal details (such as your email address or phone number) during the selling process. Always complete transactions through the platform to stay protected. If you have shared personal details with another user and suspect fraud, report it immediately and take action to protect your account.

How Your Funds Are Processed:

Pending Balance

When you make a sale, the payment will first appear as Pending in your Furnitured Balance.
The funds remain in this status until the order is successfully completed.

Available Balance

Once the order is marked as completed, the money will be Available in your Furnitured Balance.
You can either withdraw the funds to your bank account or use them to purchase items on Furnitured.

When Is an Order Marked as Completed:

An order is completed when:
The buyer confirms "Everything is OK" after receiving the item.
The shipping carrier confirms the successful delivery of the package.
Once an order is completed, the earnings will move from Pending to Available, and you can access your funds.
