1. Find an Item You Like:
Browse through our catalogue or explore the news feed to discover items you’d love to own. You can use our search tips to help refine your results and find exactly what you're looking for.
For added peace of mind, some items offer optional verification services (e.g., Item Verification) to ensure you're buying with confidence. When available, a banner will appear on the listing, and you’ll be able to see the service cost.
2. Contact the Seller:
If you have any questions about the item or need more details, simply press Ask Seller.
You can also "Make an Offer" to suggest a different price if you're interested in negotiating. We recommend double-checking the item’s dimensions before making your decision.
If you're interested in multiple items from the same seller, consider creating a bundle to save on shipping costs. However, note that optional verification services can’t be applied to bundles.
Always use the secure messaging system on Furnitured to communicate with the seller. Never move the conversation outside of the platform.
Also, take a look at the seller's reviews from previous buyers to see their reputation and feedback.
3. Pay for the Item:
Once you’ve found the perfect piece, it’s time to buy!
Press "Buy Now" on the item’s listing or from the conversation screen to proceed with your purchase.
At Checkout:
Enter your address and phone number (if requested) and double-check the details.
Choose your payment method.
Select your preferred delivery option or pick-up point.
Press Pay to confirm your order.
Important:
A Buyer Protection Fee will be added to your order. This ensures that if the item doesn’t arrive, is damaged, or doesn’t match the description, you’ll receive a refund.
If you've chosen any optional verification services, the cost will be shown at checkout.
4. Receive Your Item:
Once your payment is processed, the seller has up to 5 business days to dispatch the item. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, but this may vary. Don’t worry if it takes a little longer – you can track the order status and delivery information within your conversation screen with the seller.
For items purchased with verification services, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Once you receive your item, please let us know if everything is as expected by selecting "Everything is OK" in your order status.
Good to Know:
If the Buy Now button isn’t visible, check with the seller to ensure they have activated all available shipping providers that work with your location and item category.

For your health and safety, we recommend washing or disinfecting used items before use. Note that once items are washed or worn, they are no longer refundable.
