What Does Buyer Protection Include?

- Is significantly not as described
To make a claim, simply press “I have an issue” in your conversation screen with the seller within 2 days after being notified by Furnitured that the item should have been delivered or seems lost.
You can submit your claim and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
If you miss the 2-day timeframe or confirm that everything is OK by pressing the “Everything is OK” button, the order will be considered complete, and the payment will be automatically released to the seller.
2. Extra Measures Against Fraud:
We take fraud prevention seriously. To protect against unauthorized purchases, we randomly verify transactions and prompt for additional purchase verifications.
