How to Use a Voucher
Find an item you love and press "Buy Now".
Your voucher will be applied automatically at checkout after entering your payment details.
Important Notes
Shipping Restrictions: Vouchers cannot be used with custom shipping or no shipping options.
Minimum Order Value: Vouchers can only be used for items costing at least £15.
Voucher Coverage: They apply to the item’s price only and do not cover shipping costs or the Buyer Protection fee.
Expiration: Vouchers are valid for 90 days (check the expiry date in the voucher message).
One Voucher Per Order: Only one voucher can be used at a time, and it cannot be redeemed for cash.
Troubleshooting Missing Vouchers
If you don’t see your voucher at checkout, it may be because the invited user did not sign up using your link.
